Handling
Terms of payment:
50% pre-payment the charter - the yacht booked by you only as fixed reserved seen, if they carried the pre-payment out.
50% payment of balance until 4 weeks before beginning of charter.
Options / Pre Reservations:
Are confirmed by us in writing or by email and to apply up to the indicated date, however with Nichtbestaetigung by us on the day after expiration date are deleted.
Reservation:
After their written reservation confirmation they receive the account/calculation from us over the booked ship, them commit themselves to the adherence to payment and of the conditions as per contract. The pre-payment is up to the indicated payment date due otherwise cancels we the reservation.
Short charter:
Short charter is only starting from 2 weeks before charter start possible, in any case however 3 days charter is computed
On-board passports:
We issue no on-board passports, examine however before charter start of the customer,ob all payments with our account dealt, are missing a payment or a portion the yacht to the customer will not hand over.
Please they communicate the customer name to us.
Cancellation fee:
Cancellation until 8 weeks before charter start 80 % of the charter sum
Cancellations within the 8 last weeks before start 100% cancellation fee.
We absolutely recommend the conclusion of a travel resignation cost insurance, should them for their customers no such forms have to faxes, dispatch or mailen we them gladly documents.
Complaints:
With complaints on the part of the customer signed minutes must be provided, do not lie this paper forwards can a complaint not be worked on on the basis by the basis leader and by the charter customer. Locally on return day cannot be decided on a to reject the money.

Transit log:
This fee is to be exhausted locally in Sukosan of the customer in cash in euro: no credit cards or cheque are inkludiert accepted) in the fee, final purification, flax cloths and head pad coats, equipment of the yacht with gas for cooking and the Kurtaxefees.

Bail:
The bail is to be deposited locally in Sukosan with the assumption of the yacht in cash in euro.
For renting Blisters or Spinnakers there is no bail insurance and it must specially a bail by euro 700 be deposited!
Domestic animals:
Are mostly permitted, but it becomes extra a cleaning fee !
Charter documents:
Until 2 weeks before Sail begins we need: mail --- patrizia@delfinyachting.de
1. Crew list with indication of the Skippers, all crew members, all passport numbers and dates of birth and place of birth
2. License for leading the yacht (kroat. License, sport boat lake, FB 1 and 2, coastal shipping light or another internationally valid certificate of competency)
3. Radio license UKW radio is enough!
Transfer:
Air haven Split - Zadar in the mini bus for 7-8 passengers euro 150,00 (a distance!
Air haven Zadar - Marina Dalmacija for 7-8 passengers euro 30,00 (a distance)
Please they communicate the exact arrival times to us and the names of the passengers.
Food order:
Payable after bought goods (according to calculation) plus for the service: Euro 50,00 |
